| 職務内容 |
●Assess operational risks, recommend investments, propose technology roadmap, and take appropriate actions to optimize and improve operational capabilities, efficiencies, results, and risk profiles (in particular with respect to SOX and PCI)Lead business function budget preparation process.
●Manage provision of IT operational services within an ITIL framework and support and drive Operations Excellence through capabilities, methodologies, process transformation, talent investment, sourcing strategies, and SME knowledge operationalization disciplines to meet KPI and project.
●Work with the IT Operations Director and peers to instill operational discipline in standardization, consistency, predictability, executions, and fact-based decisions, working in conjunction with and aligned with global and regional IT teams, on all daily operations tasks, system changes, project deployment activities, and global. |
| 応募資格 |
●Proven ability in incident managementAbility to solve issues
●Experience managing med-large (300+ server) environmentIntermediate Financial Accounting knowledge
●1+ years’ experience organizing, managing, and directing high performing technology operations teams
●2+ years’ experience working on various types of large-scale infrastructure projects
●Experience in distributed, multi-national, multi-lingual, and multi-cultural corporate environments, including relationship management, consensus based collaboration, and portfolio management.
●Results driven, exceptionally self motivated and directed, keen attention to detail, and strong sense of personal accountabilities
●Team player, positive mind set, proactive thinker, proactive action taker
●On-Call availability and need to work off-hours multiple times per week
●Japanese = Native or Advanced Level ●English = Business Level
［Preferred Skill］
●Technical background in at least two of the following areas: Systems Support, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Database.
●Experience in a fast paced and dynamic, global matrix organization.
